KODA strive to process all orders in a timely manner, with each product page showcasing an estimated delivery and lead time. Should any delays arise during processing, we will promptly keep you informed of the progress. While we strive to deliver all our products as promptly as possible, there are certain remote postcodes which may take slightly longer for you to receive your order.
Standard delivery will be £7.50 / FREE DELIVERY on all orders OVER £100. Smaller items of furniture will be delivered via a chosen third-party courier. If a mobile number was provided with the order, the courier will send parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. Parcel items are delivered Monday to Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once dispatched from our workshop.
All furniture orders with KODA will include free delivery via a chosen third-party specialist service. Every piece of furniture by KODA is handmade to order. Once your order has been made and is ready for dispatch, the courier will collect your packaged goods from our workshop and will contact you directly to inform you of your delivery date and time estimate. The day before your scheduled delivery you will be contacted with an expected four-hour time slot.
If the delivery involves any of the following, please upgrade to the specialist delivery service:
- Delivery that will require an item to be carried upstairs
- Delivery that will require a two-person team
- Delivery to remote parts of the UK and Scotland

Assistance may be necessary if extra help is needed to successfully deliver your purchase, such as navigating up a staircase or when a two-person team is required. Does KODA deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free or specialist delivery services outside the United Kingdom at this time - including Ireland. If you require international shipping options then please do get in touch as we'd be happy to provide quotes for this service.
Returns & Exchanges
All items of furniture, lighting and homewares handmade by KODA will be made to order. All Made to order items do not qualify for a return or refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
