We hope you are happy with your purchase from KODA, but should you wish to return an item either because of a change of mind or due to an issue with the product we will try and make the returns process as easy as possible for you.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for goods still in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. This applies if you’re unsatisfied with the product you’ve purchased, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return an item please notify us in writing by emailing info@kodastudios.com or call us on 01482961989. We will do our best to respond within 48 hours to confirm your return. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery may only qualify for a partial refund.

In-store Returns

For any non-furniture items you wish to return, after the approval from our team you may return them to our studio. Please make sure to provide your proof of purchase – this includes your order confirmation email. Our team will then process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item(s).

* Furniture and made to order items do not qualify for a refund.

Online Returns

If you request a refund which is approved we will credit the cost of your item excluding the cost of delivery. When posting your item back to us, you must obtain proof of postage of the return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items that arrive broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.


Here at KODA we work hard to find the best delivery service for every product we sell. All products are dispatched from our studio and workshop via couriers within 3 working days (excluding made to order items and our larger furniture items).


For smaller or lightweight items KODA delivers via a chosen third party carrier. If you provide your mobile number, our courier will send parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone.

Parcel items are delivered Monday to Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once despatched from our warehouse. As standard premium tracked shipping is £5.95 per order.

Sorry, but we are not currently delivering outside of the United Kingdom. Orders cannot currently be placed for international destinations. This includes the Republic of Ireland.

Pick Up

Items ordered via Click & Collect may not be available on the day of purchase. You will be notified by email when your order is available and ready for collection. Please wait until you have received this email before travelling to the store.

To prevent fraud, we insist that you collect your order in person. Please make sure that you bring your order confirmation email, along with valid ID.

Faulty / Damaged items

We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition.

We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered as this helps to avoid any doubt for items damaged in transit. For furniture deliveries we will ask you to sign a form confirming that the item was received in good condition.

If your item does prove to be faulty or damaged, or you feel it does not match the specifications laid out on our Website you have 2 days in which to alert us.

Please do so by contacting our team either by email on info@kodastudios.com or call us on 01482961989. The team will discuss options with you which might include a return and refund, or an exchange.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. If we have not already despatched the order you will be refunded in full. If, however, we have already despatched the order you will not be refunded for the delivery charge and will be responsible for any return postage.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
  • We do not deliver to your area
  • The item has been discontinued
  • Your order contains a product identified as having a pricing or product description error
